Gentleman’s walk.
This pattern is inspired by the old Cape and takes it’s name from the part of Adderley Street known as Heerengracht. Heerengracht means “gentleman’s walk”.
It’s a pattern that gives a lot of texture but isn’t distracting. It bring a lot of class and style to interior décor. It’s a perfect wallpaper if you want to use layering of different patterns in one room. It’s a pattern than can compliment louder and wilder patterns. In a sense it grounds other elements.
